Ibiza Wedding Planner Cloud 9 is a boutique wedding and events planning consultancy founded by Laurie Pecher and Emma Lilley-Hopkins. They discovered their collective flair for planning events whilst working together in finance more than 6 years ago. Over this time the concept of Ibiza Cloud 9 was born and they began to organise unique weddings and events for business associates, friends and visitors to the Island.

They went on to establish Ibiza Cloud 9, wanting to use their knowledge of the Island to provide a quality planning consultancy to those who live elsewhere but dream about tying the knot in Ibiza.
