Here are our favourite 5 must-have apps and websites for planning your destination wedding in Ibiza.

2. For Getting Organised – The Knot Wedding Planner App

With this app you can keep track of to-dos with your checklist, browse and save your favourite real wedding photos to show to your make up artist, florist or cake baker, and find plenty more useful information right there in the app.

3. For Getting Inspired – Pinterest

Pinterest is free and it’s an inexhaustible source of inspiration. It enables you to collect inspiring ideas for your wedding and pin it on your board. It’s a very good starting point to find your dress and ideas of unique details to use to infuse your style at your big day. Here’s a little bit of our advice, you can spend hours looking at hundreds of beautiful pictures without realising the time, Pinterest is renowned for getting brides-to-be addicted! So make sure you don’t lose your marbles and don’t forget your offline life…After all there is a real-life wedding to plan!

4. For Inviting Your Guests – Paperless Post Website

Email invites are gaining in popularity, it’s an eco-friendly and more affordable way compared to traditional invitation. We particularly love the invites of PaperlessPost, they offer awesome designs thanks to collaborations with Kate Spade, Oscar de la Renta, Jonathan Adler, and John Derian. Once your guests open the email, the online invitation shows the details of the wedding (the host names, dates and location). Guest will be asked to reply by accepting or declining, so it’ll be easier for you to keep track visually of your guest list! There is also a nice feature for the guests to leave a little comment or add photos.

5. For Photo Sharing… Wedpics or Capsule 

When it comes to photo sharing we have found two very nice apps that might come in handy.

The first one is Wedpics. It’s free to download but there are some premium features for extra costs. After you download the app, then invite your guests to participate (via email or Facebook). Guests can view your album and upload photos throughout the night (or after the wedding) and can use photo filters and post comments. Guests without smartphones can also upload their photos on the web. It also allows you to share important addresses and map information, dates and times for your different wedding events.

The second app is Capsule. You can sign up for free online and here as well there are some premium features for extra costs. Once you download the app, invite your guests to download the mobile app and join your “capsule.” Like most wedding photo apps, Capsule lets your guests easily add photos and videos to your online wedding album from any device, including digital cameras. In addition to uploading photos and videos, you can also send group texts and post information directly from your email account. An interesting feature is that with the use of your wedding hashtag, this app can also add any Instagram photos to the album! Capsule doesn’t limit your guests to the app for photo uploads—your guests can also add their photos or videos through the website.

Both apps have unlimited guests and storage and after the wedding you can order prints, cards and canvasses of any image.
